U-Mixit Degreaser-Emulsifier degreaser is intended to be used as part of the U-Mixit Degreaser pack, which consists of two 5-gallon containers of U-Mixit Degreaser. This product must be mixed according to direction before use. When U-Mixit Degreaser is mixed properly it will prepare 55 gallons of concentrated degreaser. This industrial, non-butyl degreaser is effective at quickly removing the toughest grease and oil residue from any washable surface. Formulated to use in industrial and mechanical applications of all kinds. Excellent for use in steam and power spray cleaners.
To prepare one 55 gallon drum of U-Mixit Degreaser, empty entire contents of two 5-gallon containers of U-Mixit Degreaser into a clean 55 gallon drum. Rinse each container to ensure all product is emptied into the 55 gallon drum.
Finish filling drum to 55 gallons and stir thoroughly. NOTE: Proper safety equipment must be used and procedures followed. Read entire label and SDS before mixing or using U-Mixit Degreaser.
After you have properly prepared 55 gallons of U-Mixit Degreaser it may be further diluted at the following dilutions:
Heavy Soil/Grease 5:1
Medium Soil/Grease 10:1
Light Soil/grease 20-50:1
Pressure Washing 40-50:1
Note: Dilutions may vary depending on water conditions and type of equipment used. Increase or decrease these
concentrations as desired.
Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors,
spray. Wash face, hands and any exposed skin thoroughly after handling.

FIRST AID PROCEDURES:
General Advice: Immediately call a poison center or doctor/physician. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do so. Continue rinsing. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Wash with plenty of water. If skin irritation occurs get medical advice/attention. Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin
with water/shower. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. IF SWALLOWED: Call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician if you feel unwell. Rinse mouth.. IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician if you feel unwell.
STORAGE AND HANDLING:
Store locked up. Dispose of contents to an approved waste disposal plant.
