PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This product was designed to remove baked on foods and grease from your Fat Fryer baskets. Keeping your baskets clean will help extend the life of your cooking oils not to mention better tasting food for your customers. Remove oil from fryer and fill with water. Add 4 oz of this product for each gallon of water in fryer. Water temp should be kept at 200°F for 20 minutes or until fryer baskets are clean.

FIRST AID PROCEDURES: Wear eye protection, face protection, protective clothing, and protective gloves, DO NOT breathe fumes, gas, mist, spray, vapors. Wash any exposed areas thoroughly after handling. Response: INGESTION: rinse mouth, DO NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN OR HAIR: Remove! Take off contaminated clothes immediately. Rinse skin with water. EYES: Rinse cautiously with cool water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if applicable, continue rinsing. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
