DESCRIPTION:
Alkalinity Builder is an essential element in maintaining pH stability. Alkalinity Builder is a fast dissolving sodium bicarbonate granular. Use to increase total alkalinity to safe (non-corrosive) levels. Recommended levels are 100 ppm but a range of 80-140 ppm is acceptable. Stops eye irritation, equipment corrosion and plaster etching caused by low alkalinity.
DIRECTIONS:
1-4 lbs of Alkalinity Builder per 10,000 gallons yield IOppm of total alkalinity.
*Note dilutions may vary depending on water conditions and type of equipment used. Increase or decrease concentrations as desired. Consult your A.T.P. representative.
FIRST AID PROCEDURES:
SKIN CONTACT: Wash off with warm water and soap. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. If symptoms persist call a physician. EYE CONTACT: Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water, also under the eyelids.
Seek medical attention. INHALATION: Move to fresh air. If breathing is difficult give oxygen. If symptoms persist call a physician. INGESTION: Rinse mouth. Drink plenty of water. DO NOT induce vomiting. Never give anything by
mouth to an unconscious person. Consult a physician if necessary.
